Return and Refund Policy for verasco.shop

Thank you for shopping at verasco.shop. We partner with a high-quality print-on-demand provider to create and ship your orders directly to you. Please read this policy carefully to understand our terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges, as they are directly influenced by our supplier's guidelines.
1. Definitions

"We," "us," "our" refers to Verasco (verasco.shop).

"You," "your" refers to the customer who purchased a product from verasco.shop.

"Supplier" refers to our third-party printing and fulfillment partner, Printful.
2. Reporting Problems: Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error, please contact us immediately at [Your Customer Service Email, ravesdesignstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please include your order number and photos/videos clearly showing the issue. We will review your claim and, if validated by our supplier, we will work with them to have a replacement shipped to you at no cost (or issue a refund if a replacement is not available).
3. Packages Lost in Transit
All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will ship a replacement order at no cost to you.
4. Returns Due to Our Error
If a return is necessary due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item), the return shipping costs and the cost of the replacement will be covered by us. Our supplier will provide a return shipping label to our facility.
5. Returns for Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse)
Please note: As our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues, unless you are a consumer residing in Brazil (see section 9).
We encourage you to check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
6. If You Choose to Accept a Return (At Your Discretion)
If you wish to return an item for a reason not covered above (e.g., you simply don't like it), you may do so at your own expense and only if we authorize the return. This process is managed by us on a case-by-case basis.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our supplier's facility.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we may, at our discretion, issue a store credit for the value of the product (minus original shipping costs). Refunds to your original payment method are not typically offered for remorse returns.

To receive a new size or variant, a brand new order must be placed.
7. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment once a correct address is confirmed.

If a package is unclaimed (e.g., not picked up from a postal office) and returned to our supplier, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

If no billing method is on file with our supplier to cover these reshipment costs, unclaimed or returned orders will be considered abandoned and donated to charity without a refund being issued.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods that have been opened, such as face masks. Any such returned items will be disposed of and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
9. Special Notice for Customers in Brazil
According to Brazilian law, you have the right to regret a purchase within 7 (seven) consecutive days after receiving the product. To exercise this right, you must contact our Customer Service within this period and provide a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will be evaluated to verify if the product was used or damaged. If the product is in its original, unused condition, we will process your return and refund.
10. EU Consumers
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (which includes all our printed products).

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., face masks).
